Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name or different names — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances, pending withdrawals, or bonus funds held in duplicate accounts are subject to forfeiture.
jeeta6 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and fraud prevention obligations. All Users are required to successfully complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal request is processed. jeeta6 may request KYC documentation at any time during the account lifecycle.

Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to a User's jeeta6 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits via bank transfer may take up to 24 hours to be credited. jeeta6 does not charge fees for deposits; however, the User's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which jeeta6 accepts no responsibility.
All transactions on jeeta6 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in other currencies may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the User's payment provider. jeeta6 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party payment processors.
Users may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source belongs to a person other than the registered account holder — are strictly prohibited. jeeta6 reserves the right to reverse any deposit suspected of being made from a third-party source and to suspend the associated account pending investigation.
Users may submit withdrawal requests at any time provided their account is in good standing, KYC verification has been completed, and no active bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding on the amount being withdrawn.
jeeta6 targets a withdrawal processing time of under five (5) minutes for verified accounts using bKash or Nagad as the withdrawal method. Processing times for bank transfers may extend up to 24–48 hours depending on the receiving institution. jeeta6 processes withdrawals around the clock, including weekends and public holidays in Bangladesh.
Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where the original deposit method does not support withdrawals, jeeta6 may require the User to verify an alternative payment method before processing. In all cases, the withdrawal destination must be a payment account registered in the User's own name.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred Bangladeshi Taka). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed until the account balance exceeds the minimum.
jeeta6 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances: pending KYC verification; reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, or bonus abuse; system maintenance; or any regulatory or compliance requirement. In all such cases, jeeta6 will notify the affected User via their registered email address as promptly as is practicable.
jeeta6 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the promotion is offered, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.
Bonus funds credited to a User's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The specific wagering multiple applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise stated, standard wagering requirements are applied as a multiple of the bonus amount (not the deposit plus bonus). Wagers placed on certain game categories may contribute at a reduced rate toward wagering requirements; the applicable contribution rates are stated in each promotion's specific terms.
jeeta6 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; placing low-risk hedging bets to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk; colluding with other Users to manipulate bonus outcomes; and exploiting technical errors or miscalculations in bonus credits. jeeta6 reserves the right to void bonus funds, forfeit winnings derived from bonus funds, and suspend or permanently close accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
Bonus funds that are not activated within the stated activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated validity period, will expire and be removed from the User's account balance without notice. Users should consult the specific terms of each promotion for applicable validity periods.
All sports bets and casino game rounds placed on jeeta6 are subject to the specific rules governing each market, sport, or game title. In the event of a conflict between a game-specific rule and these general Terms, the game-specific rule shall take precedence for that game or market only.
jeeta6 offers pre-match and in-play (live) betting markets across cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures), football, kabaddi, hockey, and other sports. Odds are displayed in decimal format and are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. A bet is considered accepted only when the User receives an explicit confirmation and a bet reference number is issued by the system.
jeeta6 reserves the right to void any bet where: the event is cancelled or abandoned without a result being declared; an obvious pricing error has occurred; the User had access to insider information at the time of betting; or the bet was placed using a technical error or software malfunction. Voided bets are returned to the User's account as a stake refund.
Casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, RNG table games, and crash games — are provided by independent third-party studios. jeeta6 does not develop or operate proprietary games. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators or by live physical processes (for live dealer games) and are not influenced by jeeta6. In the event of a technical failure during a game round, jeeta6 will make reasonable efforts to determine the outcome based on available game logs; if a definitive outcome cannot be established, the round will be voided and the wager refunded.
Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. The applicable limits are displayed within each game interface or betting market prior to the User placing a wager. jeeta6 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.

Any User found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately. jeeta6 reserves the right to permanently close such accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, withhold account balances pending investigation, and refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required.
jeeta6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a User's account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or where the continued operation of the account is considered contrary to the interests of responsible gaming.
Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the jeeta6 support team via live chat or by emailing support at jeeta6.app. Upon voluntary closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in the account will be processed to the User's verified payment method within five (5) business days, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jeeta6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the User's use of, or inability to use, the Platform. This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, and the cost of substitute services.
jeeta6 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, system upgrades, force majeure events, and third-party service failures may affect Platform availability. jeeta6 will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of any disruption.
In all circumstances, jeeta6's maximum aggregate liability to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that User during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jeeta6 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material — that is, where they affect User rights, obligations, or the core features of the Platform in a significant way — jeeta6 will provide Users with at least seven (7) days' advance notice via email to the address registered to their account before the amended Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments (such as corrections of typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to contact details) may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication on the Site. The "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this document will be revised to reflect each amendment.
Continued use of the jeeta6 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of those amended Terms. Users who do not accept the amended Terms should cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure in accordance with Section 10 of these Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Users agree that any dispute relating to their jeeta6 account or these Terms shall first be submitted to the jeeta6 customer support team for informal resolution.
In the event that a dispute cannot be resolved informally through the customer support process within thirty (30) days of the matter being raised with jeeta6, the parties agree to attempt resolution through a neutral mediation process before pursuing any other remedy. jeeta6 will engage in mediation in good faith and expects Users to do the same.
Nothing in this section limits jeeta6's right to seek emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights, prevent fraud, or address any other matter where immediate legal relief is required.
